Customer Journey optimization France

Fixami: an e-commerce organization and the place to go for DIY enthusiasts and professionals to buy tools and paint. With our own web shops and via marketplaces, we are active in the Netherlands (market leader with Gereedschapcentrum.nl), Belgium and France. In order to continue to support growth in the right way, we are continuously working on innovation and optimization of our technology and organization. Of course, we can only achieve this with the right people, which is why we are looking for support on Customer Journey insights. In this internship or side job, you will have the opportunity to gain experience with customer journey insights and conversion optimization. What assortment and pricing choices do we make when it comes to the French market? How can we further improve the customer journey in order to achieve a higher conversion rate? How can we further increase customer satisfaction?

Assignment

  • You will analyze the customer journey on Fixami.fr by making use of sales data, Google Analytics data, review data and interviews with stakeholders
  • You will come up with advice on what to improve, in order to improve the customer journey and hence customer satisfaction and conversion
  • Depending on the length of your internship and your available hours, you might already start taking action based on your advice
  • Deliverables: advice on how to improve our conversion on Fixami.fr, supported by at least a competitive analysis on shipping and payment propositions, price level analysis and assortment analysis (are there any brands we miss?).

You recognize yourself in the following:

  • You are fluent in French and English and have lived in France for a large part of your life
  • You are studying in the direction of economics, commerce or customer psychology (or have completed a study in this direction)
  • You are eager to learn and analytical: you will provide Fixami with data-driven advice on how to improve the customer journey on Fixami.fr
  • Availability of min. 8 hours a week
